Almost Healthy & Very Delicious Pumpkin Bars



4 EGGS
1/1 CUP HONEY
½ CUP RAW SUGAR
½ TSP STEVIA
½ CUP OIL
½ CUP PLAIN YOGURT
15 OZ. CANNED PUMPKIN
1 CUP GRATED CARROTS
1 ¾ CUPS WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP BAKING SODA
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. MIX WET INGREDIENTS WELL WITH MIXER. COMBINE AND ADD DRY ING. MIX UNTIL SMOOTH. SPREAD INTO GREASED 9X13 CAKE PAN. LET COOL FOR 2 HOURS BEFORE FROSTING.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
½ CUP BUTTER, SOFT
2 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR
1 TSP. VANILLA
MIX WELL AND USE TO FROST COOL PUMPKIN BARS.
