Sins Of The Father?

Funny that the same people that would tell you it's ridiculous and evil to put a person in prison for the crimes that his father committed will tell you that it's perfectly fine to put an infant TO DEATH if his father was a rapist.

 I have resolved to never write any of my children a letter, that is not a love letter,unless they are unable to receive phone calls or personal visits, and it is an absolute emergency!
 I will never be so distant from my children, in heart or in body, that we cannot look each other in the eyes and share our feelings openly.

Fulfilled my plans for the day.~

Thursdays Goals:

Be a blessing to my children
Plant Cilantro
Ride at least 4 miles
Clean and organize the walk-in closet
Clean bathrooms
Read at least 3 books to the kids
Help Emma with reading
Facilitate craft time ( it's going to be 108 today so we're staying in most of the day)
Have the kids help with some cooking projects
Make sure Isaiah finishes a reading assignment
Enjoy the day with my kids!

Tammy’s ‘Trick The Kids’ Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

4 ½ cups  White Whole Wheat Flour

1 Cup Honey

1 Cup Brown sugar

1 mashed banana

1 teaspoon Stevia powder

1 Tblsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. soda

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. salt

1 cup oil

1 cup plain yogurt

4 eggs

2 cups shredded zucchini

1 cup grated carrots

2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Place muffin liners in muffin pans.

Mix all ingredients well and bake 20 -25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

For a trickier muffin sprinkle powdered sugar on top and call it a “cupcake”.

July Family Fun

This has been a busy and fantastic summer for our family.
Bike riding, swimming, cook-outs, movies and lots of time with my wonderful hubby.
God has brought us through many trials, heartaches, rejections and hopeless situations to a place of peace and joy.
 We are truly happy people.
