Tammy’s ‘Trick The Kids’ Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
4 ½ cups  White Whole Wheat Flour

1 Cup Honey

1 Cup Brown sugar

1 mashed banana

1 teaspoon Stevia powder

1 Tblsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. soda

2 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. salt

1 cup oil

1 cup plain yogurt

4 eggs

2 cups shredded zucchini

1 cup grated carrots

2 tsp. vanilla

1 cup walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Place muffin liners in muffin pans.

Mix all ingredients well and bake 20 -25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

For a trickier muffin sprinkle powdered sugar on top and call it a “cupcake”.
