One of Our Favorites


Amazing Peach Blueberry Cobbler
COMBINE IN LARGE CAKE PAN:
2 LARGE CANS PEACHES, WITH JUICE
1-1LB. BAG BLUEBERRIES (OPTIONAL)
4 TBLSP. CORNSTARCH
½ CUP SUGAR
1 CUP BROWN CUGAR
¾ TSP. SALT
IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE:
2 CUPS UNBLEACHED WHITE FLOUR
1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
4 ½ TSP. BAKING POWDER
¾ CUPS BROWN SUGAR
¾ CUP SOFT BUTTER
1 CUP MILK
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture. Bake at 375 40-45 min.
